Canada: Lakeport Brewing appoints Trudell interim CFO

Lakeport Brewing Income Fund announced May 17 the appointment of Vice President, Finance Karen Trudell as the Fund's interim Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately.

Ms. Trudell, a Chartered Accountant, has been with Lakeport since 2002 and previously served as Chief Financial Officer for Lakeport through the completion of its Initial Public Offering in June 2005.

Ms. Trudell's appointment follows the resignation of Tony Hidalgo who is leaving the company to pursue another opportunity. "In view of Lakeport's rapid growth, we have initiated a search for a new CFO who will complement our great management team in continuing to drive Lakeport's growth," said Teresa Cascioli, Chair and Chief Executive Officer.
